He is graduated from NH-Rabindranath International Institute Of Cardiac Sciences, Kolkata under NSOU with a specialization in CTVS Critical Care.

 He has done his Master's in Public Health. Presently he is pursuing PhD. He has an experience of 13 years in CTVS Critical Care Unit.

 He is an Instructor Of American Heart Association & Indian Resuscitation Council since last 10 years – ACLS & BLS Training Program. 

He is routinely taking ACLS , BLS session to train doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers along with civilians in residential societies & corporate companies.

Previously he was working in NH RTIICS, Kolkata after that he was working as a Chief Physician Associate, Faculty & Head of Pre & Post CTVS Adult Intensive Care Unit for Dr Anil Bhan ( Chairman of Cardiac Surgery ) & team at Medanta, The Medicity, Gurugram.

 Presently he is working as a Consultant & Faculty, - Allied Health Sciences courses & HOD - Physician Associate Program, Amrita hospital Faridabad & Health Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

He has presented scientific papers in National & International level, won award & appreciations. He has successfully headed many national & International conferences & workshops in different topics. His many article & write up has been published in Newspapers & magazines about the PA Profession of India. He is also actively involved in many inter hospital research works.

He is the General Secretary of IAPA. He has played a very vital role to start the PA course & standardize the curriculum of West Bengal Health University & actively running the movement to create employment & recognition by the State governments & the Central Government of India as well.
